As per agreement made between UN-Habitat, Myanmar and Gorkha Hydro & Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Nepal (Consultant), the Consultant completed the “Scoping Study of 24 Micro Hydro Projects in Chin State Myanmar” and prepared the report including presentation. The consultant presented the outcome of the report on 12 July 2017 in UN-Habitat office Yangon and on 13 July 2017 in Department of Rural Development, Naypyitaw, Myanmar.

On behalf of UN- Habitat Myanmar, Gorkha Hydro & Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is  continuing the Scoping Study of Micro- Hydropower potentiality in more than 25 locations of 10 to 25 kW capacity each Projects at the Four Townships of Chin State of Myanmar.

Agreement between Upper Chirkhwa HPP (4.70MW) and Lower Chirkhwa HPP (4.06MW)(Client) &Gorkha Hydro & Engineering Pvt. Ltd. held on 4th Nov 2016 for Detail design of both Projects.

Agreement between Perfect Energy Development Pvt. Ltd.(Client) &Gorkha Hydro & Engineering Pvt. Ltd. held on 19 July 2016 for Feasibility Study Report of Middle Trishuli Ganga Hydroelectric Project (20MW).

Agreement between Pokhari Hydropower Company Pvt. Ltd.(Client) with WELINK Associates Pvt. Ltd. Joint Venter with GHE(P)Ltd. held on 27 Baisakha 2072 for Detail design of SabhaKhola-B Hydropower Project(15.1MW), Sankhuwasabha District.

Agreement between Pahadi Hydropower Company (P)Ltd.(Client) & GHE(P)Ltd. held on 24 March 2015 for Detail design of Middle Tara Khola Hydropower Project(1.7MW), Baglung District.

Agreement between GNI(P)Ltd.(Client) & GHE(P)Ltd. held on 10 Feb 2015 for Detail design of Sano Milti Small Hydropower Project(3MW), Ramechhap District.
